Encountering the same issue that Lindran was having, it was quite entertaining to see his eyes and hair moving compared to his face XD. I have all the files and necessary mods installed including the " pn_har_Morri.mao " and " ffie_0.mao" in my override. I don't currently have your Morrigan mod installed. Not sure what's causing the conflict.
You may have downloaded the wrong required file. This FILE is the correct one. You can delete the file "hm_genfl_alistair.mor" So it doesn't change the way Alistair looks.
A rare issue is sometimes you need to add the lines for the hair file to your chargenmorphcfgfile. (seems to only happen to some people.) Open the file with notepad (located in your override) and add the lines <resource name="hm_har_Cull_0" cut="0"/> under the "Hairs > Human_Male Section. (I'd try this first.)
I know a few people have come across this and said they had to change the hair. Its more than likely a conflicting mod since it only happens to some people. You could try changing the hair to something else with pyGFF or searching for duplicates in your override directory. The files to search for would be:
hm_har_Cull_0.msh hm_har_Cull_0.mmh pn_har_Morri.mao <--- this one is most likely the issue.
Do a search in your override and make sure their is only one of each of those files. I believe I have seen another mod that also uses the naming " pn_har_Morri.mao" for their file and it probably conflicts which would cause that to happen. You will need to delete that extra file but it will mess up whatever mod is using it.
Thank you for your hard work! I am having the same issue and can't seem to find out why. I added the hair to the chargenmorphcfg file, and double checked for the duplicates you mentioned, yet it still shows up white/glowing. I also don't have any other mods that alter the way he looks. Such a strange issue!
Eeee such a headache lol. I wish I could recreate the problem on my end so I could figure out the issue. One small thing is set the graphics settings to all the highest maybe?
Yep all set to highest! I will troubleshoot some more and if I find the culprit I'll let y'all know :)
Edit: I managed to fix it! :D I was missing a texture file which makes sense. I added uh_har_morri.tga alongside the other files to the hair folder and he now has his blonde ken hair as intended. I got the file from the same place as the pn_har_morri.mao from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/4450?tab=files

Awesome! I'm glad you got it working! I wonder why I don't need that file for it to work. I'll pin this message for others who might have this problem as well.
I need help with Flemeth, she is not wearing her DA2 armor the second time you meet her to complete Morrigan quest. She is with her new hair but still with her old and ugly vanilla outfit.
I forgot to add that Flemeth is wearing the new armor in the Circle quest when you have to rescue Morrigan from the fade but for her personal quest she is back again with the vanilla outfit, it's weird.
Thanks so much for this and your Alistair mod! I created for myself a perfect Alistair using this model and your Alistair younger textures, photos attached.
Flemeth skin is much darker than expected. I replaced t1_skn_001 with pt_skn_p03 which should be much lighter than the vanilla option (it's almost blindingly white in character generator but on your flemeth it looks rivani). It did lighten her skin but it was still quite brownish. It's not a big problem but I want her to match the morrigan's skin tone.
Thank you for your mods. Unfortunately, Cullen's, Leliana's, and Morrigan's hair float and bounce if I'm at a distance (LOD2/3) whilst they're moving around, their hair is fine if they're standing still. I don't know whether this issue also happens with Flemeth and Isabella, as they don't really move around and/or I can't be at LOD2/3 distance whilst they do. Alistair's hair is fine. I tried duplicating their LOD0 MMH file and renaming it to be used for LOD2 distance, which did fix the hair floating, but it distorts their bodies since they're not proper LOD2 files. Any idea what might cause their hair to float whilst they move at LOD2/3 distance, and how to fix it?
They just need proper LOD 2 files The copies wont work because they are weighted incorrectly (different skeleton between lod 1,2, and 3). I may get around to it at some point but I don't have a whole lot of time right now.
Sometimes if you are wearing an armor that doesn't have LOD2 files it will do that. It doesn't matter if the hair has them or not they will distort from a distance if the armor is missing them too. That could be the issue.
Unfortunately that's not it, since it even happens with default equipment, or no equipment at all for that matter. Your reply gave me the idea that perhaps it's tmp7704's human female proportions fix mod. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that's not it either. Makes sense since Cullen isn't a female anyway, and his hair floats too.
I should probably also mention I've used other mods in the past that alter Cullen, Leliana, and Morrigan, including their hair. None of them had this issue. Right now I also use mods that alter various other characters, including their hair, such as the Warden and Sten. They also don't have this issue.
