This is a revision of Ferelden project includes A Paragon of Dwarvenkind, Dark Circle, Gnawed Nobles and Nature of the Dalish mods (so you do not have to download each of the mods), but also includes revisions for random encounters, lite content, locations and more. I tried to index and detail (on this and other mod pages) as much as I could in case people want to 'cherry pick' files or sorting out MOR, UTC and/or UTI conflicts if you use other mods that may conflict. But this still needs my Resources for Certain Interested Parties (Resource Compilation Pack) main files, make sure you have Resources for Certain Interested Parties v2.3 or newer.
Some premium gear may drop, and Qunari restricted gear for Sten (located in the Qunari file folder). If you do not want this to drop you may have to edit the files manually via Toolset or simply delete. Forest Stream leader: The Golden Prince's Raiment (if you kill him), assassin: Harlequin's Motley, Qunari: Qunari Warpaint etc. all drop gear and are located NPCs --> Random Encounters --> Forest Stream. Also because the game is weird in having rare gear and equipment drops from NPCs, all gear has an extremely rare chance to drop. So yes, some NPCs are wearing higher graded gear (or in some cases the low grade just for show gear) and may have extra stats.
Please feel free to share your screenshots with this mod. There is so much in this mod, I could never provide enough to do it justice.

This was mostly ready a year ago, but it required pretty much a full test playthrough and every time I started, I got tweaking other mods and content (I have multiple mods and mod creation at once), and in some cases I just did a full restart/fresh file—till I got burnt out. I got back into again, with this large vigorously (but not fully) tested mod almost ready to go. But now I have added more, did more testing and tweaking, and this it is at least ready for others to try. It will work best for new games and/or loading in areas for the first time. Old game files may show floating bodies, because it will use the replacement part of my mod but not the UTC redress without a fresh/first time load of an area and/or new game.
But this is a massive mod that I am making available to others, if you are not ready for this mod, I'd recommend one of the smaller installments I have mentioned: A Paragon of Dwarvenkind, Dark Circle, Gnawed Nobles and Nature of the Dalish, or just Resources for Certain Interested Parties (Resource Compilation Pack) files, and their respected required third party mods that replace certain armors and clothing—and cherry pick.
Go down the list and cherry pick using the Gear and Items section to guide you. The first link shows the item via Dragon Age Wiki which will show the item ID, that you can use to search inside the file folder. The second link is a preview of what the model replacement will look like. How to cherry pick: Don't want Mage Robes and Robes of the Gifted --> Robes of the Void (male) and Bethany's Circle Mage Robes* (female)? Then delete gen_im_cth_mag_mag and gen_im_cth_mag_gft from my mod. Don't want to fix a conflict or missing model issue for a NPC causing a floating head? Search under NPCs the name, or by affiliation, or location and delete the UTC file. Don't want a MOR (face/head) same thing but just delete the MOR file. Don't want any armor/clothing replacements or you want pick out which ones? Folders that say Replacement or Rplc, are indicated in Resources for Certain Interested Parties (Resource Compilation Pack)'s file folders.
