hey so this changes the mesh file for all 3 colours, is it possible to get it to stand alone? i like to alternate and the new skeleton doesnt play nice with the original boots.

The "actor" body is part of the armour itself. You should get the right look through the download here but only for this armour. If you take it off or change armour, the new model will have its own unaltered body.
Every armour would need to be adjusted manually to give it the desired look.
Bombshell Body mod gives an approximate naked body model for the look I've gone for in this armour.
