I'm responding just to let you know that I looked and looked to try to find this hairstyle for you, but just can't! I know it's a DAI port so I hope that helps in your search.
The only thing that might be a little off is the hug animation. I assume he'll definitely appear and definitely hug. I wish I had a male PC at that save point to try. I wonder if there's a way to cheese it so I can test and provide screenshots.
I tested it for you! I jumped to that quest using the console and with a male character it did not fire, but it did with a female character. I would imagine it's because the original mod doesn't have a male pc/Alistair one. There is a male one for Zevran, if that would help? I have absolutely no idea how modding works. Even if that doesn't work for you, this mod is really great! I've always adored the original version and I'm super excited to be able to use it with a Gilmore romance, it feels even more appropriate and heartbreaking given his role in the origin.
