Installed it before meeting Alistair and its not showing the changes I have a few mods that add items for some companions but doesn't touch their original items mod manager says theres no conflicts either (using the one w/o the icons project)
Edit: So it seems the issue is just with Alistair I'm unsure if it's because I installed it after arriving at Ostagar or what confirmed it was because I had installed it after getting to Ostagar
I had to get the additem console command mod and enable console commands to get the better versions of these items. Sten's sword is the only companion item that doesn't come with the companion, you have to complete the quest. Well, thanks to you, there's now a reason to keep these items equipped to my companion, and it fits with the Improved Warden's Oath mod I installed.
