I don't see any difference between this and the Carinth one. I'm assuming it's because Carinth settings are written right into sweetfx_settings rather than an .ini file?
Could anyone help a lost soul on this one? I 'm trying to get Inky's Vibrant Fantasy Preset to work in DAO UE. I feel like I've tried all the usual stuff with no luck. I've followed all the installation steps (even uninstalled reshade and tried again.) But I can't get it to work? It's the same as the sweetfx and reshade combo all the time. Do I still have both of thoose checked or am I missing something obvious? I see the preset in game and switching to it but no change at all. Also tried with turning Anti-alliasing on and off with and without Inky's and it's just the same all the time. Last thing I want before I start my new playthrough x)
Any help would be most appreciated! Best regards fellow gamers!
this is such a lovely preset, thank you! i was torn between the original and the redux versions - fantastical highly saturated coloring is my weakness lmao (though i did end up going with the redux). i usually don't use reshades and what not for my games so i didn't really have any expectations, but as it turns out i love the touches of blue here and there, and how it deepens the shadows but not overly so!! i've played this game a billion times but this preset's made me slow down and appreciate the scenery a bit more, thanks again <3
Looks washed out too me and way too strong blue/purple tint to the point of causing haze. but good job for people who find it to their tastes. id rather make my own preset though
Thanks for the constructive criticism! I will take it into account when making Vibrant Fantasy 2. The haze bothers me too (ESPECIALLY in the menus, ugh), and I'm looking into ways to fix it but still preserve the saturation. You may also find my new REDUX edition of this mod to be more to your liking, as it is significantly less blue-purple than the original.
Slightly more realistic but still color-corrected version pls!! I am very much interested in something a little less... purple and blue. But i love the other effects and the depth of field and stuff.
Hi! Thanks so much for the response. I have created a less saturated, more realistic version of this preset. Like the original it is a work in progress, so feel free to try it and let me know your thoughts. It is listed as the REDUX edition on the files page.
