Under 'Files', there's a single download ('Cailan's Glorious Helm'). It contains the files/folder for the mod. Download that file; use 7Zip to unpack it.
I do not use Improved Atmosphere, and was unaware that it included a fix for the broken helmet appearance.
As I mention in the mod description, my preferred mod for the fix was Phylarion's 'Cailan's Helm Fix', which can no longer be readily obtained since the old BSN projects site was discontinued. I needed a replacement for that mod, and so I made one.

Constructive criticism is fine. Informing me that you personally have no use for a mod is of no value.
