There' are two ways to fix this. As far as I've seen it, this mod DOES render Sten nude: If you have the Qunari Update installed, he will be appearing in this outfit, which seems to be the nude mesh for Qunari that comes with the update. Depending on which headmorph you use, you can either install this in combination with the Qunari Pack Mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/4889) and he will be wearing a similar outfit, since this mod also changes the Qunari nude mesh. If you are using the "Natural Bodies" Mod, it will also give Sten a different nude body. In this case you can try and download the seperate files for "Natural Bodies" or edit the "All in one" override file with the Dao Modmanager. Just delete the Qunari files and voila: Sten will wear the outfit as shown above. Hope this helps. :)
