Guaranteed Random Encounters

Description
This mod is intended for completionists like myself who got frustrated with having to travel an absurd number of times to trigger the random encounters throughout the game, especially the rarer ones such the Lord of the Rings easter egg encounter and the Axe in the Stump encounter. Now all the non-repeatable random encounters in the game will trigger. For obvious reason, the encounter with the dwarven merchant Tegrin has not been modified so you don't encounter him constantly.
Note that many random encounters are still governed by plot flags set throughout the campaign. While the chances of these events occuring are now 100%, the necessary plots/quests must still be completed. This includes random encounters triggered by failed Stealing attempts from the various factions in the game.

Installation
Unzip to your override folder and that's it.
For those not in the know, the override folder is located in BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\ within your Documents folder.

Known Issues
-Random encounters are still limited in their availability based on the starting and ending locations of the trip. For example, you will not trigger the Axe in the Stump encounter unless you are traveling to or from a forest location. Changing this to make all encounters universal is beyond the scope of this mod and destroys the atmosphere intended.
-While the random encounters will trigger when they have a chance, the game engine does not always guarantee that a random encounter will have that chance. A table is used to determine if random encounters will have a chance to occur that repeats every 20 trips. This allows the game to create a greater sense of randomness with encounters, guaranteeing some trips will have no encounters and other trips will always have the chance at an encounter. I have not modified this table so this element is still preserved from the vanilla game. Thus, do not expect a random encounter to be triggered on every trip.
-This mod prioritizes non-repeatable random encounters over Tegrin, the lone repeatable encounter. Depending on your game and progress in the campaign, it will take a number of random encounters before you come across Tegrin. Based on user feedback (if any) and my own preferences, I will update this mod to better balance the random encounters so that Tegrin isn't prioritized below all the others. Please leave feedback about this!

Compatibility
This mod will conflict with any other mods that alter the following GDA files:
-rand_denerim.GDA
-rand_forest.GDA
-rand_highway.GDA
-rand_plains.GDA
Seeing as how the only other two mods I have found that deal with random encounters have been made unavailable for download by their authors, there shouldn't be any problems unless you already have one of those mods installed.
