Well, I haven't look at this for a loooooong while and am now only getting back into Dragon Age since Inquisition is coming out. However, when I created this mod, it was on my old computer which is long dead so all my DA mod stuff is gone so I'll need to start from scratch. Anyway, I'll update if I get it to work - sparc
Causes the game to crash with the Ultimate Edition of the game via Steam when attempting to load it in. Either due to coding or because many codes were disabled with the PC and Steam version. Might need to have an additional Mod that allows access to the previous code before attempting to use this Mod. Overall, great in theory...and I seriously hate the fact that even just stupid little things like Heavy Armor does not trigger its own codex entry as it should. I'd love to endorse this but unless it gets some support in this regard it falls a bit short.
HELP!!!!! I have followed the instructs to the letter. Changed the shortcut to the bin file, added enable line, tried everything. Still cannot bring up console under tilde key. Typing anything just causes preset key commands to appear. I have ultimate version of dragon age, but it is not under Steam.
To anyone who activates the console via changing the name of the .exe file: The console will only work if you launch the game by clicking on that file (I suggest making a desktop shortcut) and won't work if launched through Origin/Steam/NMM. (Well that is what I found). I hope this helps anyone who struggled with the console as I did.
