For anyone who has problems to make this mod work: as a lot of people has said, it is because some other mod overwriting it. I spent an embarrasing amount of time searching the reason why it didn´t work for me, until I saw that JB3 textures (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/15) replaces as well the eyebrows. Since it is in its own folder its harder to detect it (or, at least, it was for me xD). Just wanted to share in case someone is in the same situation as I was.

If I may ask, do you know the there is a search bar on top of your file explorer ? just type what you search and if it exist somewhere in a subfolder (from the main page you start from) it will be found. I assume you know it but I forgot to use it ofen too so... ;p if It can save you some time for futur modding purpose
This seems to work fine with Dragon Age Redesigned or Unique Face Textures if you overwrite their files, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Looks great on my game.
