The Tranquil at Ostagar actually mentions this brand if a mage PC asks who he is. It's referenced in dialogue, yet no brand is actually present. This mod makes that sequence actually make sense now.
I've always wondered about that myself. He clearly states a mage is made tranquil by getting a brand on the forehead, yet none is visible. While I took the lore at face value, I always wondered why there was never any visible brand on tranquil npc's. At some point, I will get this mod and the tranquil robes mod. I've already installed a mod that adds DA2's Templar uniforms and Chantry robes.
This is wonderful! I do have one hopeful question, though, if you ever come back and see this - would you consider making a file with DA2 style elves, but with their original shaved heads? I like their shaved heads, but I like the DA2 style elves, so I'm at a dilemma...
Thank you so much for making this mod! It took me forever to find one previously, and it works just fine, but I much prefer the look of this one based on what I can see from the pictures you uploaded. Everything is a whole lot smoother and more natural-looking. I will try it out as soon as my PC is up and running again.
fieryriver - whichever loads last is the one that will display. Also, anything that's specifically in the "toolsetexport" subdirectory is supposed to have ultimate override over anything else in override. So if you want to have these head morphs with the tattoo displaying, you need to either: a) remove the version of them in the Dragon Age Redesigned subdirectory, or b) set the subsirectory names so these will load after Dragon Age Redesigned (if it's like most games, they will load in alphabetical order), or c) place these in toolsetexport to give them ultimate override
If you prefer the Dragon Age Redesigned heads, but want the tattoos, you'd need to see if the mod creator is willing to put out a set of their morphs using the tattoos (which reminds me that I should put a note on this mod indicating that that's perfectly fine for people to do).
