There is a required additional mod that is not available anymore. Do the latest files include the require mod?

I found this download here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/tmp7704/downloads/apostate-clothing
Even so, it still would not work for me-my Hawke was always naked. I ended up having to edit the lot100cr_angry.utc file with the Dragon Age Toolset. You can try this: 1. Install the recommended mods. 2. Open the Hawke file of your choice > lot100cr_angry.utc file from the Dragon Age Toolset. 3. Expand the Equip_ItemList > 0 section, and under "TemplateResRef", change the value to: gen_im_cth_com_apo1 4. Save the file. 5. Enter Lothering for the first time.
Hi, I'm having this problem too and I can't fix it with the Toolset for some reason. My Hawke is always naked. As far as you know is there a way to just get Hawke's face without changing the original npc's clothing?
I can't seem to remember the exact steps, I haven't done this for the last 10 years, but here's a general guideline that hopefully you can build on Apologies if the things I say is inaccurate. So assuming you have the Hawke's champion rogue armor mod installed:
1. You need to know the .UTI file name that the Hawke's Champion Rogue armor is called as. 2. The character you need to change is stored in a .UTC file. You need to find this character file and edit it using the toolset. 3. The UTC file has a specific item from .UTI file that they have equipped. 4. You can just change their equipped .UTI file to the .UTI file name of the rogue armor mod. 5. If things go well, the toolset should be able to render the character with the new armor, similar to my character T-pose screenshots.
Alternatively, if I got this incorrect and the .UTC character files don't have a .UTI equipped. That means you have to open the .UTI file of the Rogue armor mod, and make note of which Model and Texture files it's using, and change the body of the .UTC to use the armor's model file and texture instead.
Thanks for the reply! I edited the utc file in the toolset and typed in the correct item codes in their slots and saved it. The character is still wearing the original armor I put on her.
That's because you need to also edit your game Save File. When you load into a map the first time, the game loads the characters and their equipment from the game's UTC and UTI files, once that map is loaded, it's saved into your save file. So if you make any changes to the UTC and UTI files, it won't make a difference because your save file was already loaded with the files before you made the changes.
So either you load a save file before you enter Lothering, or you make the same changes in your Save File for that character.
So im using the files in this mod to turn my warden into Hawke, I was able to get the first preset to be Hawke, but I was wondering how I would be able to set the hair and beard as preset options separately from the face, so I can make some personal edits to him. Any advice?
Ok so considering i'm on here looking for mods for a DAO run to set up my first Male Hawke playthrough of DA2, this is PERFECT. I think i read the same VA was used for this npc, right? It definitely sounds like it. Awesome job, seriously. I love little immersive things like this!
hey guys, I've been surching and I've found no thread that could help. I need help with getting my da2 game to allow me to use the developer console cammands. I downloaded the game through origin saddly and was wondering if there is a way around that. Videos on youtube were hard to find and little information to be gained. Please, If any of you have some info that would be great.
Well, according to lore, Hawke is 24 or 25 when the family escapes (according to Legacy DLC Leandra was pregnant when she and Malcolm left Kirkwall) and about 31 at the end of the game (1 year time skip, and two 3 year time skips between each act). The DA2 in-game version of the Iconic Hawke is too old looking for this age.
The reason I made this mod was because the voice actor who voiced Hawke in DA2 and an unnamed character in this particular scene in Lothering is the same person. So replacing that character with the default Hawke model is the perfect decision to make since it creates a nice storyline that connects between DA:O with DA2. The personality between this random character and Hawke is not that far out, so in a way you can relate that male Hawke actually met the Hero of Ferelden in Lothering that day.
However, the female voice actor is nowhere to be seen on Lothering, and I really don't know which character should be female hawke there. Maybe you could make a mod to do just that.
In case anyone comes here and has the same question...search for the mod "Female Hawke at Ostagar". Fem!Hawke's voice actress voices one of the medics at Ostagar, so the mod changes that character to Fem!Hawke's default appearance. Makes sense lore-wise since Hawke was there and one could easily imagine that she would help the wounded in her spare time.
Just in case anyone comes across this, I'm 99% sure this change is actually part of Improved Atmosphere. Which also puts Howe into the Rogue Hawke Champion gear (for whatever reason). Can't quite remember but I think it may also put Taliesan in that too.

https://ibb.co/m4tzjSj Sad, sad Hawke. He is so poor he only managed to get away with his small clothes when they robbed him :D

Have you tried searching the official Dragon Age Wiki before?
Maybe this link right here?

However, I think Hawke's face looks a little too baby-like. In DA2, it has slight wrinkles and definition. Here, he looks somewhat pubescent.
