It seems rather stupid that shops especially in large places don't have more stock than you would ever want to buy so I'd say this helps balance things more than cheat. Afterall when last have you gone to a store and not been able to buy all the milk or bread etc you want.
It shouldn't. All it does is check his inventory and add items if needed. It doesn't set his stock or anything like that. So the only mod it will conflict with is one that sets the reagents he has to a different number than 99. At that point it'll result in either number must likely the higher one being present.
New version up that gives him all reagents, "Deep Mushroom" was requested but I thought might as well do them all.
I had to change name in order to upload file hopefully that doesn't hurt anything. If you already have my other version installed just unzip this one and overwrite files. Does the dazip installer do this? Never tried.

I endorse this file, seriously useful but not cheating.
