I got this problem too, after trying to make a dazip out of More Hairstyles. I found someone had a fix for it here which mentions a fix in first post by Left4Gamer1 here.
Basically if you delete the information from the offending mod (i.e. whatever mod you were trying to install before it went all wonky) in AddIns.xml, the list reappears!
I think the problem with More Hairstyles at least, may be that the "Manifest.xml" that comes with the mod has the right information, but it's set in such a way that it's for another mod manager (the now apparently defunct DA Modder or something like that), so if you include it in the dazip (by renaming .zip to .dazip and then installing) it confuses DA Mod Manager and makes it lose its little mind :)
I'm just starting playin dao ultimate edition, and I've decided to use this mod manager.
I've installed the mod manager inside Dragon age folder.
I've tried to read the guide in descriptions section but link is broken.
I've downloaded a mod (character respec) in .dazip format, threw it inside "dazip" folder inside modManager, and installed
Then I've downloaded another mod that adds some hairstyles: that wasn't in dazip format, but I stupidly tried to transform it into dazip format and then throw it inside dazip manager folder. That mod popped up inside dazip modManager list, but when I tried to install it something gone wrong.
That's not the problem: now my mod list is completely blank! But the strange thing is that I can actually click over mods and description on the right panel shows! So the list is simply white or something like that.
I've tried to unistall mod manager deleting his folder, download it another time and then re-open it, but nothing changed.
