   i followed the description. create a folder "rules" in override, then insert .gda, but it doesn't seem to work. are there any advice? i would really appreciate it. thank you

      For me, it was Combat Tweaks. Uninstalled that mod and this one began working like a charm.

   Same as the person below. I created a rules folder in override, installed this mod. Doesn't work.

      Hay there! Do not make any "rules" folder in the "override" folder. Just make a folder named say Cooldowns Mod without numbers in front of it and place the "abi_base_1sec_cooldowns.gda" in to this folder then manually drop the folder in to override or use DAO-ModManager to
      install (delete one_sec_cooldowns_mod.txt). If it still doesnt work it may be a conflict in to your mods list. I will also recommend
      watching this modding tutorial: Complete Dragon Age Origins Modding Guide + Mod List - YouTube. Good luck!

   Merci pour ce mod, j'en avez assez d'attendre des minutes ou des secondes pour que les potions ou les sorts soient réutilisés et grâce à votre mod, je n'ai pas à attendre une seconde de plus.

   Hi, how to modify rules so that is set to 0 seconds cooldown = no cooldown ?

   it conflict with advanced tactics that the crushing prison able to cast it on allies, if use this 1sec cooldown mod, it will be unable to cast it on allies, no fun
   
   you know what, if u cast it on leliana, then u right click on her to start conservation, then when finish, she will do overhead breast dancing non stop until you click on the map to leave the area
   
   edited the gda file and fixed it, but only the crushing prison remain 60sec cooldown but i edit everything in the gda file to make it all 0sec!

   This mod is kinda cheating myself and the game, but the cooldown's are annoying. Thank you for this fabulous mod.
   
   I have endorse this mod. Totally recommend to those who are annoyed with the cooldowns.
