Forces ALL valid melee kills intto deathblows. Be careful with this one as deathblow animations take longer than regular animations, and you can still be hurt while performing one.

All Lieutenant level and above mobs (ones with yellow names) are forced into deathblows

Forces all Lieutenant level mobs (and above) into deathblows, AND it ups the likelyhood of deathblows occurring with normal mobs as well. I would reccomend using this one.

Does the opposite of the other files, and prevents deathblows from happening to anyone EXCEPT valid boss mobs (ogres, dragons, etc). This would be a good choice for anyone wishing to minimize the amount of violence in the game.
