Update - Sten Added: I've added my take on Sten from the Sacred Ashes Trailer. The toolset options for Qunari are very limited however, so I tried something new. Included with the morph is a mod that will change all Qunari to a human male mesh. To compensate I also added a generic face morph that will replace the face of all Qunari in order to match the new body mesh. As this effects the nude mesh as well, I also included a compatibility patch for "Natural Bodies All-In-One" for those that need it. Please let me know what you think, and if there are any issues I may have overlooked.
Despite a plethora of Leliana morphs being available on the Nexus, while some are very good, I was never completely satisfied with what I had found. I finally decided to try my hand at it, and was reasonably impressed with the results. I decided to share it in case anyone else may find it useful. Please let me know what you think.
Install/Uninstall:
Please see the included readme files for Sten's morph. For Leliana & Morrigan's morphs however, simply extract their folders into your "..\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override" folder. To uninstall just delete the files from your override folder.
Important Note: There is a way to use Sten's Morph without changing all Qunari to Humans. If you prefer this method, simply do NOT place the "Qunari to Humans" folder into your override directory, and follow the steps below. Thanks to Kronaras for discovering this method.

"I found a way to change sten without changing the other qunaris. First place the mor and erf files in your override folders and then run the game with the console and write: runscript appearance 15 (you have to select sten first)."
Compatibility:
Leliana & Morrigan's morphs should have no problems with compatibility, provided you do not have another "hf_genfl_leliana.mor" or "hf_genfl_morrigan.mor" file in your override folder. Sten's morph however will change all qunari bodies to human ones. This means any mods that change Qunari meshes, or those that change qunari faces, will be incompatible with this mod. I have included a compatibility patch for Natural Bodies All-In-One. If anyone has any other compatibility issues with other mods though please let me know, and I will do my best to address them as soon as possible. Thanks.
Issues:
None that I know of. I suppose it is not really an issue, but it may be important for some to note that since Sten's morph changes him and all Qunari into human males, while he is actually the exact size and scale of a human male, the game still treats him as if he were taller. This means in your inventory screens and conversations, the UI looks a little off. Unfortunately I know of no way to correct this at the moment, but if anyone has any ideas I will certainly try.
Note that I cannot take full credit for these morphs, as none of it would have been possible without the incredible work of the modders listed below! So a very special thanks goes out to them for their talent and generosity. Please take a moment to check out their work if you haven't done so already. Thanks!

And of course.. my incredibly beautiful girlfriend and the love of my life. Without her eye for detail and second opinion these faces would look like something straight out of a horror show. :)
