Wow, finally a reply! LOL I figured it would but I also figured it would not hurt to ask. I like this mod, I've been using it for a while but kinda wanting to try the other one now... *looking for uninstall instructions...*
It looks cool, but being a tad "lorenerdy" I tend to wonder: Exactly WHERE is the smithy that makes these metal armors and helmets for some of the dalish in the camp, and even more so, where is the smelter to actually get metal (veridium) from the ore they might *small chance but meh* find while hunting?
Remember that the dalish are nomads travelling through (mostly) woodlands. They aren't ancient elves living stationary like the ones who made those nice elven armors. One would wonder the same about all those elven daggers and swords *Dar'Misaan/Dar'Misu* too really, but Bioware obviously thought weapons don't need metal or metalworkers to make metal blades.
It's not 'metal' armor. It is Ironbark, like what you get the quest to find. And the craftsman would be the same Dalish craftsman that gives said quest. Not lore breaking at all! :-) At least this is my personal explanation. Yours may vary. It is also possible that they have manage to find / reclaim / or hold onto some of their older armors, though in order to have lasted so long they'd have had to have been ridiculously well maintained. Also, if you ever play DA2, the Dalish elves you meet in that game are wearing the same armor.
im itnerested in this mod , but curious , does this only change the dalish camp that is being attacked by were wolves or does it also change the dalish camp in the origin's story if you play a dalish elf ?

Sorry for the delayed response.
The Dalish origin is also affected by the changes.
cheers!
