I applaud anyone who works at producing a mod. But have to say it always seemed right the way it was to me. That it should take twice the talent, twice the cost, to go from one level to the next. Sure the increase in defence/attack isn't doubled, but the benefit isn't just to do with the step in power, it is more importantly to use the same single slot to fit a more powerful rune, regardless how much extra power that is. Still, options are nice to have.
