There should be no incompatibilities with this mod as it changes the size of weapons, that's all - I didn't change the size of Starfang for what I remember, I think you've got another sword replacer that's changing it "Addonay's weapon replacer" perhaps? I don't have Dragon Age installed anymore, otherwise I'd look into it.
Great mod, thank you. I hate with a passion the anime-sized 2H weapons of Dragon Age, especially the greatswords which have almost the height of a human. There were medieval axes which were almost as long as spears but not swords! At least this mod makes the 2H weaponry of this game to look more realistic.
There is one big problem though. Unfortunately this mod (somehow) affects the 2H appereance of Starfang. It has no runes on it (I don't mean rune slots) and the characteristic starmetal / cyan color. Strange. I'm sure of it because the longsword version looks ok. I also disabled all the other mods I have installed to check this.
There's a few things to consider before making the weapons any smaller, considering that the weapons are all made up of one mesh, if I were to make the head smaller the pommel would also become alot smaller resulting in your character holding an invisible pommel in one hand and the rest of the weapon in the other.
I haven't been able to complete my project as of yet, due to stacks of work that needs to be done.
I just downloaded the mod and will be endorsing it when able later. I want to thank you for making this.
I think the head of axe and the maul still needs to be smaller. The handle looks fine.
It is stupid to think one could take a barn door and swing it in combat, and expect to live past the first swing.

The difference is not very noticeable if just viewing the heads of the axe and maul. I echo Ulbrecht's suggestion of more reduction. Perhaps even as much as 20% to 30% of original.
Excellent, now the mauls will actually appear to be able to swing and mash someone's face in instead of being at a carnival trying to ring the bell to win a prize

@revolucion09, If the "custom items" use the same models as the greatswords then the answer is yes.
