Just to advise you all that exist a script for MAX to import the .KF skeletons and animations files of Oblivion. You can find it here: niftools.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2205
So combining that with this Anim transfer script you can import Oblivion Animations into DAO.

I try with max 8 but I have various error... for open your example file. I think this save is make with Max 9??
