this file is only usqble through the toolset, sorry about that, all you have to do in this file is put it in the override folder

Any idea how to actually get this mod to work? I tried following the instructions and have yet to see it.

well this tattoo design is more simplifed than the actually design, since the original poster, even on the bioware website wasn't high enough resolution to get a closer look, most of this stuff was had to be just a best second hand guess. Still this tattoo tries to replicate it, so thats short of the point, trying to get close to that. But anyway hopefully this version will suffice

Maybe think about doing a more complex version of the tat. My main suggestion, though, is to keep it simple enough. The actual concept art just looks overdone, like there's too much going on for it to look cool. Looking forward to trying this out as is when I get back to my PC.

    Hey there fallingangel89!

Just wanted to inform you that I'm using your fine tattoo in my face-morph mod - of course not by including your property! I just added it among the mod dependencies.
    Hope you don't mind?
At the moment I'm only using your "Dalish Concept Tattoo" on Ariane from the "Witch Hunt" DLC.

Proper credit to you is given of course - along with the link to your mod - in the mod's description as well as in the readme.

Thanks again for your fine work!

    Best regards!

thank you for the kind words guys. Done some textures stuff in the past, so I guess that helps XD when making things like this lol.

Yeah I think it may have to do with how different tattoos are layered in one dds file. If one can isolate a specific design, and replace with another, and put that same named dds file in the override folder, I think it could work. So I'll try to look into it. If anyone else wants to help, or try doing it themselves, please do so. Pretty cool what you'll find in those texture pack lol

And oh I'll give WolfheartHU a heads up, if I do figure it out

@Ali Bengali lol don't worry it happens to me too, idk why XD, but its cool, I fixed it. Thank you for the picture, it looks stunning. And in trying to override that tattoo, sorry about that. This is my first time making a tattoo, so still trying to figure all this stuff out XD. But I'll to see if I can override it, but editing some of the tat files ^_--

If you figure something out on how, let WolfheartHU know as well. He made the Got My Hair-On My Face mod that uses tattoos to place beards on the humans and dwarves, and it has a similar issue with the dwarf commoner. Like I said, I don't think there can be anything done about it, but if you do, great. <img class=">

Glad you were able to dispose of the dead weight.

This tattoo is damn neat work for a first-timer!
Small override issue or not - we like it!
