I figured out how to get the items, but so far only in a new game. You just have to disable the mod under downloadable content at the main menu, make your character, save it and re-enable the mod. Hope this helps.
So after i beated the game . i wanted to play a diff race and class , but the mod wouldnt load this time . the first playthrough with this mod it worked fine . The items dont even appear in my bag .

This seems totally out of sync for any type of Rogue.
My only complaint is that the underscore in the name of the bow is kind of annoying.
