   Can you make a mod where a viable option for gaining access to the circle tower is to push Carrol into the water?

   So glad you included Jory! I rather liked Carroll aka Queen of Antiva and Cookie Monster, but Jory was such a milk drinker.

       Nope, just a bit of fun.
       
       It simply adds a character near the lake who you can choose to talk to that gives you the option to view some (hopefully) amusing scenes.
