I cant seem to find the "ME2_BD_ArmorBld_ArmorMale" path you mentioned in the description. I have Dragon Age Ultimate Edition off of steam and all the DLC came with it. Is that the reason i cant get to this folder, because i cant seem to find it anywhere.

So if I read it correctly, the files should go into the: Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\ME2_BD_Armor\Bld_Armor\Male\ folder.
If you already have other mods installed the first part of the directory structure (Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\) should already be in place; all you need to do is create the "ME2_BD_Armor\Bld_Armor\Male\" subfolder structure -without the quotation marks- and copy and paste the texture files into the "\Male\" subdirectory.
These are retextures of the Blood Dragon Armor; it's a promo DLC that was released for both the regular edition and the Collector's Edition. If installed and activated the chestpiece is added automatically after character creation is completed and the origin story starts. The other pieces can be bought from Bodahn at camp.
not at all clear description no file corresponds to what you describe, there is no trace of ME2_BD_Armor\Bld_Armor\Male (neither in the mega links nor on nexus lol) we find ourselves with an armor that has the expected shape but red lights everywhere, original colors. it is to correct =/ that said, beautiful armor in images ^^
edit : I've read it over and over and I've read the comments: this is really the least clear installation I've seen... where are you going to invent these files? download the available files and follow your installation process ^^ it's a real mess.
