Kyiv sent a Task force backed by GUR to Nowheraki, acting independent from the coalition and UN peacekeeping Force. It is unknown what is their objectives but they are there to fight a certain PMC and hunt em down
(Mod will be updated more in the future as there are tons of western weapons not in the game or available from other modders such as CZ Bren 2 and tons of AR-15 platform)
