I still don't understand why people are banning LOCK ON rockets mod but not Heavy canon mini rockets mod that is realy close to Rocket Launcher Lock on mod DPS. It's just a matter of weapon mod set choice. If you are using Lock On, then you don't need mini rockets mod, but if you prefer Remote detonation then you should use mini rockets mod to have DPS weapon for super heavy units. So it's just a matter of weapon mod set choice. But you can also use Minigun Turret for less DPS but with staggering effect.
So if you want to ban DPS weapons then you need to bad, Lock On, Mini Rockets, and Minigun turret. Full auto is kind of DPS but it's not that good as those three.
I don't understand the point of this particular loadout. Full auto sucks without it's mastery so there's no point in using it. Mobile turret just feels like a worse version of the fully upgraded micro missles. Remote det is disabled for some reason even though it would only make things more enjoyable and isn't really all that strong anyway. Ssg is by far your strongest weapon. Plasma rifle default fire is disabled for some reason, even though it's never been strong and only makes setting up glory kills more convenient. It feels like you're stuck with 3 weapons, that being the micro missles, ssg, and rocket, which isn't really all that hard especially with full sentinel crystals and suit points spent. All this setup seemingly does is limit your expression, and that's coming from someone who likes brawler mode quite a bit so it's not just me not liking restricted arsenals.
Instead of setting Plasma Rifle's damage output to 0, maybe what you can do instead is reduce its fire rate from 13 rounds/second to 0.01 rounds/second (or 1 round every 100 seconds).
Ah so that's why you were asking if there was a way to disable the primary fire of a weapon. I don't think my suggestion was useful to you then. Microwave Beam functions better when it's secondary fire (because of how its aiming works).

Runes Allowed - Air Control, Punch and Reave, Savagery, Seek and Destroy and Blood Fueled
Weapons:
• Flame Belch, Ice Bomb, Frag Grenade, Chainsaw
• Shotgun + Fully Upgraded Full Auto
• Heavy Cannon + Fully Upgraded Micro Missiles
• Fully Upgraded Microwave Beam (I am assuming you can still fire normal Plasma Rifle, you just edited its damage value to 0) • Rocket Launcher (without mods) • Super Shotgun • Chaingun + Mobile Turret
Am I right in understanding that the player does NOT get access to the following?
- Flaming Meathook - Quick Hook SSG upgrade (Meathook recharge time is reduced by 25%) - Both of Mobile Turret's upgrades (Faster Transform and Faster Movement) - Mobile Turret's Ultimate Cooling Weapon Mastery
An observation: I understand why you disabled Saving Throw and Equipment Fiend. Chrono Strike isn't that useful anyway without Precision Bolt. Wht surprises me is that you disabled Dazed and Confused but allowed Blood Fueled. It is my understanding that Blood Fueled is the more popular rune.
