Cosmetic rework of the BFG

Permissions and credits
BFG with a little more ummph!

I hope this cosmetic change will incentivize you into using it more often with a different feel on the weapon.

-New BFG has tweaked weapon FOV + Offset to make it feel like a larger weapon
-Particles reworked to feel and look more spectacular with an explosion light
-Sound design that adds retro PSX-Doom sounds with powerup/powerdown effect


UPDATE:
Last Doom update changed the files so I have fixed it

-Offset is redone, firing animation and inspect looks better now

Ammo Changes:
-Holds 3 charges like Doom 2016
-120 ammo pool/40 pershot (like classic Doom)
-Argent Cell gives 60 ammo (1.5 shots) so every other pickup will fulfill a second charge

Issues: On CBT maps, the BFG explosion particles sometimes cuts off when there are too many enemies. Im guess iD shortened the particles effects the global FX pool was full and would cut the particle duration effect short, I couldnt find a solution (if you know how to Ill update it.) Works fine under normal circumstances. To maintain functionality I have added a Lite version that keeps the vanilla explosion (also removes ammo changes.)

I might make a version suitable for sweaty-Doomers to include in their CBT sessions.
