Enhances the sounds of the Doom Hunter's weapons to sound much punchier, including enhanced rocket, machine gun, chainsaw, and railgun (the arm mounted cannon) SFX. Also enhances the Gold Boss Doom Hunter variant's SFX.

Enhances the weaponry of each Hell soldier variant (Blaster, Shield, Riot, Mecha Zombie, Demonic Trooper) with sounds from across the series, including bullet, plasma, and shotgun sounds for the possessed Soldiers + the Reaper and Unmaykr for Troopers.

Replaces the vanilla End of Level theme with the 2016 rendition of At Doom's Gate.

Enhances all secret-related sound effects, adding leitmotifs from classic Doom's E1M9 OST to most of them. Also enhances the pickup notification sounds, splicing them with Doom 2016's.

Enhances the vanilla pain sounds by adding subtle metal and armor denting sound effects (to imply damage to the suit) as well as slightly boosting the volume of the pain grunts. Also adds a cut Doomguy scream when the player dies.

Replaces the Combat Shotgun's sounds with the starting shotgun's from the original Quake.

A custom firing sound for the Plasma Rifle that combines various Nailgun sounds from the Quake series into one. Intended to be used with pale gold particle effects.
