A floating platform asset I created for a GZDoom project I'm working on. This is a standalone version. Requires GZDoom to work.
Usage:
By default it replaces that standard bridge object (Object 118). You can spawn one for playtesting with the console command "summon FloatPlatMObreck".
Only recommended for the GZDoom Hexen or UDMF formats since they allow you to adjust the Z position of objects. Won't be of much use with the vanilla DOOM/Heretic formats since there is no way to lift them above ground level with those formats :P
GAMES IT WORKS ON:
This mod should work on any game supported by GZDoom. That includes DOOM, DOOM2, Heretic, Hexen, Strife and many lesser known games GZDoom supports.
LIMITATIONS:
Unfortunately the platforms will only display correctly if you are in the Hardware Accelerated render mode. The two software renderer modes do not support displaying 3D models or voxels.
