    Hi. You dnt planning nerf runes and grenade to ? For me they're most breaking game things. Like rune that give infinity ammo if player get 75+ armour. And rune that make suck grenade drain armor in second level of rune. In my opinion it is so op that it will brake game even with your balance weapon mods... And yeas you can dnt use them... But u can not use op weapons and weapons upgrades to, but it is little bit silly way to try dodge all game stuff that brake the balance in that way xD And even rune for increasing armour drop kindof op to) so you need not use like half of game staff to not brake it now xD

      I do not plan to, the mod is finished. The runes are meant to be like cheat codes, use them or don't. I don't even know what I would change something like infinity ammo to. With grenades I just stick to the regular ones and unbind the key that switches them to the OP variants. The mod takes care of most of the game breaking balance issues, anything remaining is on you.     super cool, could u make a optional add on 2 make it so enemies drop mre health when ur low on health again like the base game?

      Hello I may make such a patch, thank you for your comment. I am also going to make a mod that only has the improved weapons (shotgun, plasma rifle, chaingun) without any nerfs, for both campaign and Snap Map.

    About the OG max ammo capacity values, is there something more than argent cells to increase it ? Because if not I don't have the same numbers. It's 210 bullets instead of 240, 60 shells instead of 80, 350 cells instead of 400 and 35 rockets instead of 40. If I'm right, it means you've increased the bullet limit, although it might be intentional.

      Oh good catch, I had the wrong maximum values in the description, fixed now. The bullet limit was intended to slightly increase because I increased the starting limit by 10 but left the upgrade values the same. Thanks for pointing this out.

    I have a problem. Whenever I launched DOOMModLoader, I get this message:

    Failed to find latest patch file in base folder!
    Search filter: gameresources_*.pindex

    I'm not sure how to fix this. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

    What's the difference between the "difficulty" damage modifier and the "extra challenge" one? Are they compatible with each other?

      Increased challenge is a difficulty damage modifier, there isn't any other. If you mean the difficulty module, that nerfs the damage certain enemy types do and adjusts health drops, but it doesn't change the damage multipliers. Hope that helps!

    Might use this on my next playthrough, but how often do you completely run out of ammo (including no more chainsaw pips) for some weapons?

      To prevent running out, you have to rely on glory killing. When your ammo is less than half you will recoup some rounds for each kill. You can resupply yourself reliably with this system, it works very well.

      Does not seem "realistic" like you implied. Why would imps ie carry caches of ammo and health and where? Inside their stomach?

      Never implied that at all. What part of this game is realistic? This is similar to the chainsaw mechanic isn't it?

    I tested and it's really fun to play!we must no longer "rush" the enemy with this mod.
    sometimes you have to find safe places and play very "defensive"

    Makes the game more "real" (if I may say so)

    Curious, with this mod how much more damage does the Mobile turret mod do than the base chaingun/gatling mod?

      With this mod it's the same. Before the mobile turret did about 25% more damage per round.

      Ok, then is there a point of using the mobile turret or am I missing something?

      It rate of fire is still much higher (double I believe). The damage each bullet does it the same, but it shoots more bullets per period of time (higher DPS).

    I have put it all in the game directory and put these files in the "mods" folder and hit the launcher and loader exes and the game does not boot up. Does anyone know where I can learn to use the launcher?
