Active defense buff utility module improvements
Some utility modules that stat provide buffs when activated. A few actually have pretty decent effects but are not worth the BP cost, the weight of the module, or have long cooldowns and bad uptime. Part of my utility modules updates to make the active gameplay options for players besides just shooting weapons more viable.
