Your modifications are very nice. I am having trouble understanding what adjustments were made though. It would be nice to have a brief written explanation of the adjustments from the original. Sorry if you found it offensive. It is not my intention to criticize. Again, your modifications are the best. (I used Google Translate, so sorry if there are any mistakes).
Bleed simply depletes BP, not health. It is possible that you are inflicting bleed very quickly and that it is simply having no effect as enemies seem to have infinite BP.
if this statement is in regards to my earlier Keris note in the description, I will say that my original note was wrong to state that bleed did not proc on most enemies before they died. It was the Helz and Shgaf, I believe, that would usually never show us their status effects proc on weaker enemies.
I will say, though, that the bleed status effect does indeed do a burst of damage when it procs. You may take the base unedited Keris pistols and see for yourself there is a burst damage effect when enough of the bleed bullets hit a target. We only raised the potency of the bleed effect so that it would proc earlier. Your nymph also takes a burst of damage when her bleed status bar gets filled (you can see the bleed affect your character if you take hits from the tall metallic orange spiders in The Bridge).
