I've written out a template for new commands below along with the binds you're interested in that you can copy paste into the ini to save you some time. With that said, I recently updated this mod with an optional file that will remove fog and lightshafts from the training room without needed to edit these configs. Consider that option if you'd like to avoid pressing these binds each time you boot the game.
You can replace the key bind after Name= to anything you'd like. Make sure you keep the quotation marks and place the binds exactly where you see them in the screenshot below.
