I was having this problem too. Make sure you go into the DevilGame\Published\Content\DLCVergilsDownfall and then paste the files where they need to be :)
Also, don't just paste the int folder. Paste the file within the folder into where it belongs
Wonderful. Update for Hollow Vergil portrait would be nice. And I love that they are not replacement, but works same way as DLC. Speaking of which I have question. Could you add more costumes for Vergil? They already exist in game just like hollow costumes: Standard (Clean) Vergil, Hat Vergil (same as Standard but with hat), and Coatless Vergil.
Nice. So few of them are already there. Still Vergil with hat would be nice addition. Hope you will update bugged coatless Vergil; I also suggest naming him Son of Sparda just like coatless Dante is named in this reboot. I don't have much hopes just in the case, but it would be awsome if you could extract DMC1 Dante and Classic Vergil costumes from Definitive Edition.
