To use, you just open it up, pick the target application (the exe for the game), then press the folder button to search for the downloaded mods. Everything you need is in the "Package Mode" section, you don't need to touch anything else. After you selected your mods, you press Run to run the game with the mods added.
This mod is solid gold friend. Thank you thank you thank you. I combined the semi coat with the blue jeans mod to really hammer home the look I feel Ninja Theory was trying to go for despite Capcom's interventions: a younger, rougher, scrappier Dante who hasn't really settled on his overall style yet and so goes for cheap, practical clothing... but HAS figured out that red leather trenchcoats are AWESOME.
