I digged in the original mods and found out which folder belonged to each mod, and managed to removed speed and sneak.

    Hello,
is there an easy way to know what this mod does, in some more detail? I can not install the game just to check the differences now. I guess this does use other mods, bundles them into one? If so, what was changed?

You give some information regarding the mods effect but I can not really decide if I want to use it.
What is changed regarding "(better) classes and companions"?
What are those "other tweaks" and "balance"?
By what factor is movement speed changed?
Is it possible to disable "sneaking mode w/o cover"?

      Hello,
I updated the info in the Description tab the best I could, I don't remember all the changes, sorry.
Other Tweaks include changes to some skill effects and animations.
Balance is done according to my judgement like nerfing some "Op" skills just a little.
It's possible to disable sneaking mode without cover, check the page of that mod and check the files used and delete them.
I hope that I have helped you.

*Thanks* for the quick reply and providing information!

I have a few remaining questions. Which of the run-speed files/folders did you use? There are five versions in the RunSpeedHack mod: Speed4.00 Speed4.50 Speed5.00 Speed5.50 Speed6.00

Do your mods - e.g. Better Classes and Companions - exist as separate mods?
From a quick look into the files I guess the class related changes are in /Enhanced Edition Mod/Mods/Shared/CharacterCreation/ClassPresets/ Where did you do changes regarding the Companions ("Baid", Jahan…) and henchmen?

Oh, yes … PLEASE do not use RAR anymore! It's not free software (which means…), please consider using 7zip ( https://7zip.org ) or zip for bundling & compression!

Somewhat OT: Is it possible to reactivate spells like "Feather Drop" or "Boulder Dash" from D:OS?

      I think it's Speed 6.00.
My mods doesn't exist as separate. Companions attributes changes are located in Divinity - Original Sin Enhanced Edition\Data\Public\Shared\Stats\Generated\Data\character.txt
It's possible to reactive spells like "Feather Drop" from D:OS (I think an enemy use this skill in EE), check SkillData.txt, search for Teleportation_EnemyFeatherFall.

Do I just put the mods folder in E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\Data as is? or do I take everything out of the mods folder?

You must place Localization, Mods and Public folders in your Data folder. After doing that, Rename MainLSF.pak to MainLSF.pak.original. Nothing else

Does this work in DOS enhanced? I extracted the .rar to Steam>Steamapps\cinnib\Dos Enh\Data... the game shows no mods active or available under the main title screan :/

It works in DOS Enhanced Edition.
You must copy and paste Localization, Mods and Public folders inside your Data folder of your game directory (/Divinity Original Sin EE/Data). And then rename MainLSF.pak to MainLSF.pak.original.
      Done!

Thank you for getting back to me! I did as you say, and it definitely get a speed boost running around... a much needed boost. But, in the main screen I get that the "main" file has been corrupted and this mod cannot be used in multiplayer. I know there is a statement to expect the invalid clause. Will the game work in multiplayer if both clients have it installed but get the error message on the main menu?

Yes, If both clients have the same mods installed it will work fine.
