The mod seems nice, but needlessly renames various skills: Backlash to Vault, Rupture Tendons to Knee Breaker, and possibly more. Would appreciate an update that removed this "feature". I want to just make Scoundrel skills usable with all weapons, without any other changes.
It's possible, that that is just what the default names in the Divinity Engine 2 were back in the day, and got included during the export, but I certainly did not go out of my way to rename them.
If you're using the Stats Editor in the editor and change base game skills, it'll break the link to the language xml if you don't delete the exported string keys that it makes.
No, only daggers can backstab unless you find another mod for that.
The Backlash skill grants "100% chance to Backstab" which DOES give you a backstab (guaranteed critical) damage with a spear which seems to be the only skill that functions like that.
I searched for a mod like this after waiting ages for Rubim to update his Scoundrel Skills Unlocked mod from Classic to Definitive and was ecstatic to find your mod... only to be SUPER LET DOWN that it doesn't at least have an option to include bows and crossbows which renders it totally useless for me. Would it be asking too much to include bows and crossbows on this mod? If not, can you clue me in on how to edit the .pak file to include them? Thanks for the work you've put into the mod. It would be a great mod if it only had a bit more versatility.
Tried it out a bit: with Dahlia's uniques one can get the amazing spear Ednet Voor earlier on, and make a particularly deadly 2H FIN user with huge damage on the scoundrel skills
