This is my first "different" item from this mod and it doesn't work (doesn't give clearminded when combat starts, I even checked stats to make sure) Hopefully this is just the case for this specific effect. I'm afraid it'll be the same on every item like it'll say it'll do this or that but won't. I'll update when I come across more items with set effects.
UPDATE: I downloaded the mod its steam workshop page and replaced it. The same item worked. Safe to say steam one is a bit more updated than this one.
A-a-and that's the question for noobs like me. I'm not lazy, but a bit dumb, I suppose - I can't find out how to do this. Just unpacked the "*.pak" file and... stuck with the "what shall i unpack here, why it says "Unrecognised file extension" when i'm trying to unpack any ".ls*" file, mom why I'm so dumb". Can't find any... guide(?) or at least post on the forums/sites for DOS2, telling what I'm doing wrong, what I shall do and how the translation can be made at all. If you can point me, where I shall search, I'll be _really_ thankfull. Sorry for dumb questions, sir.
You are not dumb, you do need a guide as everyone else starting to work with modding (translating is included in it) it's just that the other dude is overprotective with modders and I bet he haven't done any mod or even translation in his entire life thus he not knowing how to make it and speaking out of ignorance like is just opening a text file and starting to write, that's why you shouldn't be taking what other users say with so much importance.
The summon related modifiers like Tactical Summon, Soulful Summon, Cruel Summon, etc. only seem to work when I summon an incarnate out of combat, then enter combat. It doesn't add any of those skills to the incarnate when it is summoned during combat. Is this intended or a bug?
Changed the script to have it work when the incarnate enters combat whether you are already in combat or not. Tried to make it trigger on summon but that didn't work if summoned in combat either so that's the next best thing.
This right here! This should be the main fork! It's a bit unfortunate that you still need the combat ability points to cast the spells, but at least my summons can summon. If anyone is thinking you're having this problem due to Odinblade's or Summoning Tweaks, it's just Greed itself! Threw me for a loop trying to figure it out but this absolutely fixes it. Just trying to increase google's search-ability in case this seems overly infatuated.
Mod doesnt work for me at all, tested alot of items, for example i have boots Protected: Start combat with 1 turn of magic shell - and it doesnt work :(

This ring says "Harmony" applies soul mate but harmony isn't even a spell in the game... What are are we supposed to do here? Is this an
error?
This is driving me F***ING INSANE. I have been scouring the internet for over an hour now and the word harmony isn't even USED IN THIS GAME!!! FFS
If enemies are holding onto these items, do they benefit from the passive effects as well?
IE:
If an enemy scoundrel has that chest piece in the "images" and uses cloak and dagger, will they skill combo my party?

The non-definitive-edition version of this mod is called "More Loot Variety" while this one is called "Increased Loot Variety."
But the file name for THIS version, in Vortex, is "More Loot Variety," while the name for the OTHER version is "Increased Loot Variety."
But then they're reversed in the game's mod list!!
Here it is:
