    Doesn't work with Vortex installation. And manually installing it doesn't work, either; it either isn't read, or gets all my other mods labeled redundant if I try installing from file, I presume because it's not a 7Z file. Though I doubt that it would read correctly, even if it were.

      Placing this here for anyone in the future that has the same issue,very easy to make work,you just follow the instructions on the read me file for witch file you need,them place the file in the mod folder,next close vortex and re-open it and it should tell you that you manually instaled something and ask if you want it to register it,you give it the yes and then turn the mod on and once you load the game it should appear on the in-game mod list(it did for me)

    Super mod that allows to benefit without going into the "godmode"! Thank you very much.

    However, I have a "problem". Indeed, I have the mod: Odinblade's Specter Class - Definitive Edition and your mod does not work with him. It is however specified in the FAQ this: "This mod is incompatible with any other mods that changes the default class-presets. IT should work with mods that introduce * new * class presets, however. "

    What to do to make it work because Odinblade's spectre is "new class preset" no ? Thank you

      Odds are the class mod you're wanting to use includes all of the vanilla presets. You can unpak that mods PAK file, go into the presets folder and delete all the vanilla files, and then repak it and place the modified PAK in the proper directory.

      What files i do extract ? Your mod ? Odin's spectre mod ? because i delete all class character creation on your mod "civility and grace" and nothing happening. Sorry, it's my first manipulation.

      Don't worry about it.

      I've dug through Odin's mod and I can't see any obvious reason for it to be compatible, though there -does- appear to be something wonky going on with it--for whatever reason, it won't repak properly (missing a half-dozen or so random files). I'll contact Odin and see if I can't figure it out.

      ...And I just did what I should have done first, and checked it out for myself. All of my mods are 100% compatible with all of Odinblade's class mods. I have, in fact, checked compatibility with all of the popular class mods for DOS2 and DOS2DC, and have not discovered any compatibility issue with any of them.

      maybe its too late to reply, but, all the classes from odin its just for show, the secret behind it is the new skills, so if you still want the 5 civil points and a talent, just take a generic (vanilla) class and edit yourself, for example, i use void knight, so i just choose a kinght, and put on then the starting void skills, after all, along with the game you can use any skill , simple and easier

    I have a stange bug with civility and grace. It works perfeclty in the character creation but when i launch the game, i got 5 randomly created companion with me and i can't disband them !

    I tried lucky break and it doesn't happen, it only happen when Civility and Grace is active and i don't know why.
    I don't have any group modifier mod.

    Could someone here help me ?

    I'm using DOS2 Definitive Edition, and added this mod specifically to get Pet Pal for my main character...
    At first, it worked fine... I think it was working all across Fort Joy.
    However, since I went to Reaped Coast, Pet Pal seems to have stopped working; it still shows up in my talents list,
    but when I try to talk to animals, I get the 'no Pet Pals' responses. I have Lohse in my party, and I gave her Pet Pal later on,
    and *her* Pet Pal works fine, but mine simply doesn't any more...

    Does the author (or anyone else) have any idea what happened??

      I've no idea what's causing it, but I doubt it's my mod. My mod only injects new class presets, and the game only references those during character creation and when companions first join your party.

      I encountered the exact same problem .
      However , the " inert " talent for me passed from pet pal to five star dinner ( which has now no effect )
      First appearance of this was after interaction with the respec mirror ( from fort joy respec mod )

      Those being the only two mods i use , it may be a clue .

      hmmm... and I don't use the respec mod.
      Don't know what to make of it all then.
      I didn't modify my team after Fort Joy (except that I had to re-add them on Lady V after the exit battle)

      Later note:
      well, I never *did* find a solution to this issue... For my main character (Ifan Ben-Mezd), although his list of talents includes Pet Pal, it simply has *never* worked for him; if he talks to animals, they just make their normal ignorant sounds. *All* of my other characters have working Pet Pal, so it's not the end of the world, but something is definitely wrong...

      I'm almost done with the game, so I'm not going to mess with anything at this point, but I want the author to know that the issue *does* exist, on at least one implementation !!

      Using the respec mirror on fort joy bugs it out, also completing any of the arena quests has also done this (also removes the bigger and better perk points)

    I can't seem to get this working with the definitive edition of the game, is it not compatible yet?

      It's compatible. For my own convenience, I'm keeping both listings of this mod identical, so that zip you downloaded has both the DE version of the mod and the original version of the mod. See the Readme for instructions, but odds are you've either trying to use the wrong PAK file, moved the right PAK file to the wrong folder, or have an incompatible mod activated as well.

    OMG i LOVE YOU, was searching for just such a mod for the past hour, that gives you just more talent and civil points, gave up on searching and decided ill go with free Pet Pal mod, and here i see new mods, and here i see this beauty ^^ THANK YOU so much! :)

    BTW Just unpacked the .pak, and i see i can edit the classess for my own liking yes? For each class

    i change the 6 to the value i want and then just repack it all again?

      Thanks! And yeah, pretty much. If you check out the Nexus page for my Lucky Breaks and Auspicious Beginnings mod, and scroll down to the bottom of the description, I've got a brief tutorial there on how to modify the presets.
