I have option B Leadership, but with 6 points in it in game is says 12% dodge, 18% resistances, which is vanilla stats, so not sure if it's not working or it's working but the displayed numbers are wrong.
Edit: just to clarify - my leader now has 9 points in Leadership, and when you click on the leadership icon from another party member it says 36% dodge, 45% resistances, which tallies up with the mod (option B). However, when you click into another party member's character sheet it shows Dodge as 18%, and Resistances as 27% (from Leadership). Which makes it look to me like all the mod is doing is changing the displayed percentage numbers from the Leadership icon but not actually changing the percentages the game is using, so the game continues to use vanilla values.
I think that's how it has to be. For example, if the red prince has leadership (value 'X'), his advantages apply to the rest of the group, not to him, he will have the leadership advantages ('Y') that another member of the group has (and only if another group member has leadership), or at least that's how it was in DOS1 and that's how I understand it
I have all three of them installed, plus the leadership range buff, is that an issue? Also, I'm trying to upload the mods I have installed, but I don't know how.
No that shouldn't be an issue, they don't conflict with one another. But do you have any other mods? It could give me a clue as to a possible conflict.

I'd love to help you though. Any specific mod you're having trouble with? Retribution, Perseverance, or Leadership?
Any other mods loaded up that could conflict?
Also, I'm trying to upload the mods I have installed, but I don't know how.
