In act 3, if you decide to pickpocket Almira BEFORE asking her for the tablet to craft the Swornbreaker for yourself, you will reset her inventory making the tablet DISAPPEAR and effectively locking you out of the quest. This needs to be corrected, unique and quest items need to stay in the merchants inventory after refreshes.
Very useful mod, thanks a lot!. Warning to people interested: this may screw up some NPC's inventories. For example, if you trade with the man in the burning house in the blackpits, you may not receive the sword following the appropriate dialogue. Also, if you trade with Paladin Thom Hardwin, he may end up being unarmed during the fight.
I'm afraid I haven't played Divinity for a long time, so I haven't looked at my mod page for quite some time. What you are asking for is possible, but then junk removal will also not happen instantly. I added files for 30 minutes and 60 minutes to update the merchant's assortment. I have not tested this version of the mod.
I don't really know if this is a bug or related at all with your mod but i think it is (because I do not have more mods active). I am currently in Arx and when I try to buy the item Luronta Temva from the trader in the square it does not appear in his inventory. If I am not mistaken the item should be there even if i refresh the inventory because it is a unique one. I read the description about the bug in the first versions, and acording to you this issue was resolved in the 1.03 update of your file. I even tryed to up my attitude with him and the item still does not appear. Am I using your mod in a wrong way or is this a bug related to it? If you need, I can send you the save game file in case you need to check something specific about it.
If unique items are not on sale, then you have increased your attitude with the merchant (and closed the trade window). For what reasons did they appear on the floor? I don't know, but I think yes, this is a mod problem. When the time comes, I'll see if I can fix it.
I believe it can happen when the Unique sold by the merchant gets cleared by increasing attitude and closing the trade screen, at least for me in Driftwood this happened. Though, this is something that did not bother me when it happened since I'd rather not have the Unique dissapear from existence, before trying to buy it.
I tried to find a solution but couldn't. A similar mod where unique items are "protected" unfortunately has not been updated for a long time and is not compatible with the current version of the game.
Thanks a lot for the mod. I couldn't find raw mutton (for source-infused mutton) in game, even after waiting for trader restocks, so I downloaded this mod and exited and entered the trading screen till Effie finally got the item in her inventory.
Phew. BTW, it's ok to remove this mid game, right? (I know the answer is always "don't do it", but in principle?) I am playing a multiplayer game and don't want this to mess with balance.
This is not a bug. Initially, the NPC has an orange. They disappear according to the same principle as other items. You need to get them before you increase your attitude with this NPC. Unfortunately, I cannot change this.
From the description of the Bartering Tweaks mod "Attitude sharing can be enabled via the settings menu, allowing you to share your attitude bonuses when trading". If possible, do not use this function. The game already has a built-in modification that allows you to do the same.
Yes, this may seem like an overly easy way to get the items you want. But personally, I use it with other mods that greatly complicate the gameplay, and the instant update of the merchant is becoming a necessity.

Thank you very much!
