It looks like this mod is not available on the Steam Workshop, probably because you haven't published it there. Could you please publish this mod on the Steam Workshop?

Late, but let's post this anyway, because i have seen plenty of others asking the same thing elsewhere. People will correct me if i happen to make a mistake. I hope they will. Things change over time, too, and i like for my words to be true or to be trashed if they aren't.

There are plenty of people who dislike Steam and refuse to use it (for very good reasons). And others who simply happen to buy elsewhere just because. None of those can upload on the Steam Workshop, as you ask. And people not owning the game on Steam can't download from the Steam Workshop either. This is because Steam is an american company, and unsurprisingly, Steam, as every other american crook company, refuses the capitalistic basic rule of competing on the market, and instead vyes for exclusive monopolies that are normally against the law in other parts of the world. The direct consequence to that is that Steam is not compatible with anything but Steam. If he published the mod here, it is probably that he owns the game on GOG or such other retailer that uses public platforms such as the Nexus, with no attempted manipulation at grabbing exclusivity upon unpayed players' hard work. So, in the end, it is basically useless to ask authors from the Nexus to post on Steam, mostly because they can't, unless they bought the game twice for whatever reason.

EDIT (06/04/2022): Here is a post which describes how the agreements Valve forces on every last Steam user enforce legally that anything that is uploaded on the Steam Workshop becomes a licensed product by Valve. There are these guys who managed to make it possible for non-Steam users to get their hands on mods uploaded on the Steam Workshop by random players. Valve forced them to close shop because they argued that anything that was uploaded on the Steam Workshop was copyrighted by Valve and became their property. Again, they do it to gain rights on the work users do for free and share with others. Valve created the workshop for only one reason: to have a legal ground to steal (literally) the work of others. That is what they do. The only thing they couldn't manage is acquire exclusive rights on the mods. They wouldn't be able to deceive people if they were this obvious. As it is, the rights are still shared with their authors. Meaning, unless their author uploads their mods on the Nexus or elsewhere, their work becomes fully controlled by Valve. Which completely defeats the purpose of modding to begin with. This is why the Nexus is vital and the Steam Workshop should die alongside Valve. And this is why i only bought 2 games on Steam and stopped buying there altogether in 2011. After i read their User Agreements actually. Which stated that i would never own anything bought on Steam. Valve only lent me a limited right to use their property under conditions 100% defined by them alone. Yes, that is pretty much how censorship works in China. Except this is the USA there. Let's not forget that on top of everything, Steam is a DRM to begin with. Steam is not a service. It never was. It is the Gestapo that assumes you would steal their crap if they didn't put a cop controlling everything you do 24 hours a day. No wonder they make money like this. They are worse than Stal**. This is downright scandalous and appropriate for crooks and bank robbers. But it is business as usual for american companies, which is why they are the number 1 economy in the world. And no i don't troll, check for yourself, every last word is true. Truth is not about saying things that certain particular readers can agree about. Remember, truth is about facts :

This is why: don't upload anything on the Steam Workskop if you care even a little bit about owning your own creations, and escaping censorship.
