usually 7-zip will handle rar files, but for some reason, it doesn't like this one. Oh well, I guess I'll skip this mod until the author posts it in a more standard format (like 7-zip)
Adding onto what others have said, first of all, thanks for doing this. Instead of death, is it possible to turn the Spread Your Wings spell into a toggle? First use will add the ability. Second use will remove the ability?
I second this! I was wondering how you might be able to take odd the wings and horns if it had no duration, I was thinking of making Ifan a polymorph scoundrel with a spear (Which is completely viable if you have the scoundrel unlocked mod) and just have him fly next to enemies, gore them, then poke em with the spear, and still be able to take the wings and stuff off after combat. I thought it was toggleable at first, but now I really want it to be!
what about if each one lasted 1 turn longer than their cooldowns?
effectively infinite, though at an ap cost for some, and you can change them as soon as the timers run down, which for most of them would be 7 turns.
it's not hard to change the durations; just have to unpak the files, edit the text, and repak. takes about a minute for all of them.
there's tutorials to do that yourself, but I figured I could simply edit these ONE time, if people wanted them to last a fixed amount of time instead of infinite.
toggle? not with the base spell. you would have to create an entirely new spell, which can be done (see the sprint spell, the "recover source" spell mod, etc), but it's a lot more work.
combat only? yes, but that would be horrible, because half the reason for being able to use wings, for example, is to hop terrain OUTSIDE of combat.
so, again, I offer an alternative.

I think it possible to create a skill included in "spread your wings" skill (like a "flight" ability) to get rid of wings just like Fane's helmet does with tranformation abilities, clears the buff "H/L/E/D Form"
Hey, is it possible to makes ones that just match the cooldown?
I don't remember the exact numbers but for example it gets really annoying when I cast wings to do some out of combat platforming, then the wings end after my second jump and now I'm stranded on a ledge waiting 5 turns to turn them back on.
So for example if wings had a 6 turn cooldown, maybe wings could also last for 6 turns.
Note: I'm not a fan of infinite wings because they cost AP and I feel like entering a battle with them is cheating. I just find them annoying to use out of combat.
I'm currently working through setting all of these mods to have a duration that matches their cooldowns, though perhaps I should make it last 1 turn LONGER than their cooldowns?
so if you are flying, you can recast it while still flying?
That makes sense. Although ill just wait next big patch to see if it changes anything regarding loading issue don't want any new issues down the road.Thanks
