Makes the skills from the polymorph tree last until death.

Permissions and credits
Makes the wings from the polymorph tree last until death.

*Added file for infinite horn duration as well.
*Added file for spiderlegs and medusa.  I do consider the medusa one a cheat so only use it for fun.

Alot of people asking to make it a toggle ability unfortunately i dont know how to do this since i dont know of any abilites that work like that.
