I'll see about getting posted to NexusMods later today.
1. change the load order so that this loads after the modified source skills mod, which means that your source rogue skills will no longer require a dagger, but WILL require source points.
2. change the load order so this loads before source skills, which means that your source rogue skills will cost less source, but will only work for daggers.
3. make the two mods compatible by either editing this mod so the rogue skills costs the amount of source points you want (and ideally removing those skills from the source skill mod), or editing the source skill mod so that the rogue skills there aren't limited to daggers (and ideally removing those skills from the rogue skill mod).
not hard. wouldn't take more than a few minutes.. if you can use the game editor, or if you can download and use the PAK extractor program.

if anyone wants this, all it is is the same mod, but with the source points removed from scoundrel skills. you would load this AFTER you load the no source points mod.
if you want a version that does something different, feel free to grab the pak extractor, extract the mod, edit the text files (there are only 3) and change the line for "magic cost" to whatever floats yer boat. takes less than a minute to complete.
I've noticed that this conflicts with the source point mods. basically, if this loads after the source point mod, then it overrides the source point control, if it loads before, then the source point mod makes it so you can only use source point rogue skills with a dagger.
oddly, I find the latter to be a bit more balanced.
the source point rogue skills with a good 2h weapon were a bit OP.
Yeah, it kinda sucks that spears in the vanilla game get no love other than better range, it doesn't synergize well with the skill tree it was made for.
Also would it be possible to increase the range of Rupture Tendons? Right now when Sebile uses Backlash while wielding a spear she actually goes out of range for Rupture Tendons.

lol you just contradicted yourself in the same sentence. The skills just need some multipliers so it won't be too useless/powerful
