good job. honestly the devs attempting at balancing games in the form of imposed limits on gameplay tends to take the fun out of a game for me personally. I like finding amazing builds and implementing them. rather than limit gameplay they should just make pathfinder style difficulty settings so people who want to make insane builds while still having a challenge can do so. let people choose what limits they want on their games nuzlocke style. if they think certain talents are op whether in isolation or in combination, let them self ban using it. may as well have never made the lone wolf talent at that point because that talent alone "breaks" the game. unless it's a competitive online game there's no reason to waste resources and time trying to impose limitations on the player, let them do it themselves.
Can you do something like talent enabler from stats of gears only? It's kinda sad when you have a +2 from gears but you can't get the talent because you didn't invest a base point.
I'm unsure as to where I am to install this file, when I enter my data folder I see no public folder. Do I just drop it there or am I doing something wrong? Can you please elaborate or make a tutorial on how to install this specific file? I know how to install mods but I'm having difficulties with this one sorry if I sound dumb but I'm literally lost on how to install it.
