I had not planned on it (except for personal use), since Laughing Leader has published a speed mod with lots of options, which more than covers the simple functionality of this mod. If there is something missing from his mod, please let him/I know.
Perfect! Way better than casting a skill for this. Automatically shuts off in combat and back on afterwards to every party member. Also 80% speed is fast yet still works with the animation nicely.
