I downloaded this and when I was starting a new game the lord commander joined my party upon reaching fort joy and limited my origin characters to 2 (as I had a custom character at the time), is this intended? your photos only show him as a summon.
i got him like that too and after a load he stops listening your commands... also AI doesnt control him too so when i get into a fight with him the game stops there... i fixed it with killing him. now i can summon him.
